Uh...

Right now, I am making pizzas...made the dough, and am letting it rise, made the sauce. I have the toppings ready: shallots/with a bit of garlic, capers, and black olives...and cheese. Just about to roll out the dough, top the first 'lil one, and pop it in the oven...have not really eaten yet today, and am starving!!!
