I'm a bit more optimistic, I think most will be over at the end of April or middle of May.

I sure hope so....things are a bit crazy, here. I suppose what's hard, is that just as I was about to resume life as usual after moving to such a remote spot, there is this whole atmosphere in which there's going to be a lot more isolation/dramatically fewer options for any social activity. It's all just a bit surreal.

It's hard, being more of an extrovert, up here, even without a pandemic...

Ooo, we're gonna have to talk about that gauge cluster! I smashed mine years ago and never replaced it bc BMW parts are overpriced. The speedo still works...

This guy is on the extreme end, but here's one:

My other bike is an '82 Goldwing I bought with a seized engine. One of the upgrades I'm considering while it's stripped down to the frame is a swap to the '83+ digital cluster, but making my own seems like a neat challenge. And since it's nowhere near running, I can take my time with it.

Yeah, I totally understand, that would make me nervous too. But I'm sure things will be ok in about 2 months!

I remember we passed codes among our table classmates during programming class. So if someone got one right and someone got another one right, they would pass them to each other through email.

Seems so distant, on top of the time that I've spent, I guess. I suppose I'm just going a bit stir crazy; normal cabin fever due to winter, being broke, that long period in a rural area with no car...now, it just seems so strange/uncertain.

Side note: Classes officially suspended Monday to Thursday, resuming Friday online only. Gonna be an interesting end to the semester.

Well, going to make some food, and watch Beastars; have not watched much anime since I used to watch One Piece in its earlier incarnations : )

Ok, see you later.
Oh just one more thing, since you mentioned that furry-card-thing: I haven't seen the show either. I haven't even seen Zootopia :D

It's variable by province here. East, West, and Central (QC, ON) Canada are closed down. Saskatchewan is a bit behind, but I think we're gonna be following the other provinces soon. Northern Canada is pretty remote and isn't currently affected, but they're probably still going to comply with some federal directives.

That's fairly wicked, I'll read into that.
Always dug the look of Dakar bike cockpits and I'd love to emulate that feel, maybe just with a tablet instead of a rollchart

And don't stress @Simo , if it comes down to it, you're probably in the best place to be. (I'm a little jealous actually, sound cozy!)
