Well basically Sally is far older than she appears, (for simple conversion she is the equivalent of 35), so she has a significant fortune that has been saved up over many years. She doesn't flaunt it because that just leads to attention she doesn't want. However it's useful to have particularly now because she wanted to give Kathleen a bit of a treat (since she will have been put through the mill in the story before this trip.)

Puts me in a space where the world is abondoned, and the scene focuses on the psychological struggle of an individual trying to get by in a wasted world. Where their only company is watching the struggle of other creatures that they now share.

That got dark, I'm gonna go back to more upbeat stuff now.

This is a Swiss band. The album was illegal in some country, as governments believed the warnings, that were written on the cover (as a joke):
"If you listen to this album more than once a day, your brain might be destroyed" ^^

It's said that this album is a simulation of an LSD trip
