This makes me feel the accomplishment of having restored a classic car and getting to climb into the cockpit to drive off into the desert on the beginning of a cross country adventure, without regard to the problems I will inevitably encounter.

I made an edit, but Smoke's has not, in fact, shrunk like I thought. Their location finder just doesn't show you anything more than a province away.

But yes, go to Alberta. I keep harping on Banff and Jasper National Park, but that's because I think this is genuinely one of the most beautiful spots on earth.
