Random fact, cracking your knuckles does not make you more susceptible to arthritis, at worst it weakens your handgrip slightly. This was proved by one Dr Donald L. Unger a Physician from California. As a child he was warned by his mother that cracking his knuckle would lead to arthritis, he then embarked on a 60 year experiment where he cracked the knuckles only on his left hand. At the end of the experiment he concluded that he only difference was a slight weakness in the grip of his left hand. For his selfless work he was awarded the (Ig)Noble prize for medicine in 2009.
