I tried talking to people on Telegram, but just wound up joining groups I wasn't very involved in. Messaged with @Sarachaga for awhile that way but that was really about it. Haven't ever even downloaded Discord.

Those social apps like that are kinda dependent upon how many people you can chat with. If you can't find a group that you fit in well with, or you don't have anyone to chat with, they aren't really worth the space. Discord is pretty user-friendly, though! I like it a lot

I used to be like that when I started in the forums a few months ago, I kept hearing about those messaging services until one day I decided to try them. Now I use Discord to talk to my friends most of the time and Telegram for this group.
