Pretty jetlagged due to time change (I fucking hate summer time)

But somehow a mystical lightning of creativity hit me and I've managed to write a short test-story (about 1.5 pages)

So it was pretty ok I guess xD

Thanks, all...a slight delay here; we are going to get a list of things that my folks need, so they don't have to go in.

...but the day is going alright; cool and rainy here, but at least it's melting the remaining snow in the woods.

That sounds cool! I hope you enjoy making it! Video game programming always sounded cool to me, but aside from a few chunks and phrases, I can't understand coding at all lol. Lots of respect for you for learning it :D

That's good! Where were you at that you're suffering jetlag now? I hope it passes. At least your writer's block finally went away (for now, anyways)! What's your story about, if you don't mind sharing?
Also, I agree. Summer does kinda suck. Too hot and humid, and there's bugs EVERYWHERE. Late spring is the best, at least in my opinion :D

Dang it! You lucky duck! You still have snow? I didn't get my fill of it this year (it all just melted as quickly as it fell most of the time), just hail and sleet :/

Oh, I haven't been flying somewhere (I mean, how at the moment? xD)
We switched from winter time to summer time last night (which means that the clock jumped frim 1:59 am directly to 3:00 am). I don't know if you do that in America too.
Summertime was invented in hope of saving energy (which is long proven to not have any effect). In September, we switch back to normal time (which means the clock jumps from 2:59 am to 2:00 am)

Ah, I see! We do jump an hour forward in spring ( "spring ahead" ) and we bring it back one hour in the fall ( "fall back" ). We did our jump forward a lil' bit ago, which is why I was thought that you flew somewhere.
And please do! I'd be interested to see what you came up with :D

Winter is pretty great too! I could live without Summer or Fall, though! Everything's either too hot in the summer or just dead/dying and rotting in the fall lol. Late spring is my favorite because of the mild temps and usually it isn't too rainy at that point.
