Great!
I go out for my approved exercise time and it rains for the first time today.
I'm currently sheltering under a tree trying to hit a rock with pinecones.
Rain in Scotland? Are you mad? :D

Well, heading into town again! Didn't make it yesterday; will be curious to see how things are.

A bit of snow today but it didn't stick...should be almost 60f on Thurs, and so, that day, I plan to go to a nearby lake, and take a hike. (Lake Skekemog) It has a marshy/semi-swampy area, and I am hoping there's some ducks/swans, there, as the ice is rapidly retreating. Looks like this:

...it attaches to a much less boggy and 'classier' lake, Elk Lake. But given it is only a 20 min drive, it'll be a good way to get out, some, and has a nice sized wildlife area.

(Just kidding)
Honestly I'm more comfortable working in imperial, it's easier to visualise stuff in.
'A couple of inches, a few foot' easy!
'Oh about 5cm, or around 60cm' I'm like what??? It's a bit odd over here because we use both, officially, in schools the metric system is taught but all our road signs and car speeds are in miles (per hour).
(Plus metric doesn't have jokes like 'How many feet in a yard? Depends how many people are standing in the yard!:p)
