Wh- I have been annexed! How do you even annex a rat! I am a private citizen (technically. don't ask me to pay any taxes or serve in a military or anything, because I won't)!

I think @Skittles accepts tax money in nuts, so just go find a tree and pick some up off the ground. Make sure they're washed, though!
