Well, found some 8 1/2 x 11 paper, and some cheap colored pencils, a pencil sharpener, and even a fancy eraser, such that I can start to make a more detailed Skunk Hollow.
I was thinking back to how all these places started, and much of it seems to have to do with my love of looking at maps, and geography in general: over time, various places came to be mentioned on this thread and in role-plays: Skunk Hollow, Vulpine Valley...then, I noted TR using Greater and Lesser Mouseland, and started more mentions of places; Raccoon Ridge, Cheetah City, Dragon Gultch, and things have just gone on from there.

@Thrashy what places do you skunks wanna see, and where?
@Thrashy: your Brewery is on the map, but I imagine you also want to have
Thrashy's Tavern; maybe Downtown? Then I can also picture a record store, and maybe a retro gaming store, probably in the hip neighborhood near the University. Oh, and also a concert venue!
@Spilogale Pygmaea : OK, I got the insect farms, out where the country starts, near the melon farms, how about a yoga/fitness studio, where much of the exercise is done while also doing a handstand?

And to recap other fine businesses, public institutions, and places:
---a suburban area, towards where it changes to countryside, near the melon: this is where one will find things like Savings Skunk™, Burger Fox™, Melon-Mist™ Frozen Treats, and the S.S. Skunk Soap and Scents™ (outlet).
The area by the water will have the downtown, and next to that, the Skunk Hollow Museum of Art (SOMA), The Skunk Hollow Library, and with Skunk Hollow University near Simo by the Sea, with the tony university neighborhood, Mount Mephit, between them. (It always seems like there's a fun though also somewhat swanky neighborhood near a University; I see this one as having a little commercial area of shops/restaurants, and then, some nicer houses on windy roads, as it nears Simo by the Sea, on high rolling hills; hence the name, Mount Mephit)
Other considerations:
The Raccoon River will form the boundary between Raccoon Ridge and Skunk Hollow, and to the other side...I've no name for that river, yet.
Ideas?
The Skunk Hollow Zoo is on an island; I am adding a second smaller island, made form dredged mud and trash from Raccoon Ridge, called "Simo
in the Sea", which will be where the more...difficult cases from Simo by the Sea get sent.
Any others planning to update your own cities, climes and environs???
