Alrighty! So, I've been looking at the map, and I'd kind of want to plop down Rat River Junction on the empty spot along the coastline where the aforementioned as-of-yet-unnamed river meets the ocean, to the north of the train tunnel, west of the zoo. Here, have a sloppily appended map.
This is only a suggestion, now. If you have other plans for that plot of land, that's no issue.
I kind of envision the place being an old port magazine/warehouse district of sorts, where all the ratties have decided to set up, ha.
Well that map is great, but it is missing several Mischief Mart locations!
