Yep! TSWCE is actually a part of a series, The Lands of Dream, that he co-authored with Verena Kyratzes. I have not played other games in the series, though. I should, though, if they are as memorable as TSWCE.

After several minutes of flying around and sightseeing, Gripen sets you down on the side of the road...somewhere. There's no signs, and no civilization or discernible features in sight. You're about to turn back and return to Gripen before you hear a flurry of flapping. You turn back just in time to see Gripen flying off, quite notably without you.
