What focus was your ex? I'm currently working hardware/tier 1.5 support, hoping to get to work on servers or networking. Starting to get some certs.
Times like this certainly have no shortage of work. (I work healthcare IT) Has its own stresses, initial swell of work is over now it's just playing some catch-up now.

I'm an on-site staff so I don't get the initial calls, but certainly feel the stress.
(I support about 500 people)I also manage my inventory, submit orders, etc. So my work is never dull, I suppose
