Spotted Skunk
Axolotls can actually be forced to transform into salamanders with injections of iodine.Never mind, guys, I asked Transformer:
How can Spilo the skunk turn into an axolotl?
A skunk in the wild will typically become an axolotl if it runs into a hypodermic syringe used by people to inject the animal, and if it bites a sleeping animal. A typical axolotl will also get infected with the bacteria that causes chlamydia. Both these factors can contribute to an axolotl becoming more aggressive towards humans, leading to potential attacks. However, female axolotls - which make up about 98 per cent of the species - will never change sex from their lizard-like appearance.

There we go. Spilo ran into a hypodermic syringe.
*mystery theremin sounds stop abruptly*
Which is unethical and animal abuse, of course.
