Do you not like brownies?

Brownies are fine! I have had brownies that aren't as rich as some cookies I've had in the past somehow

I do like dark chocolate. When I want to consume something bitter. However, coffee has took the "something bitter" portion of my consumptive habits, so I nearly never consume dark chocolate. If I want something SWEET, like a cookie, keep the dark chocolate away please!

It's also the amount of chocolate in a cookie. Lots of people/cafes/bakeries/whatever overload their cookie so that it's basically a chocolate bar with gluten and those cookies make me vomit with how rich they are

Agreed. White chocolate is less strong, and therefore better.
