It’s the only logical stage of grief to go to. What use are rage, denial, and despair? I suppose acceptance makes sense, but only after you’re sure you cannot prevent whatever sufferings are about to befall you.

My question stands. Is there a thread or a place we can peaceably petition a revoking of this decision?

Can you point me to the post where this occurred? I’d love to post a formal appeal, taking the posts from the last few pages on this thread, but I’d need the context of what the moderators said. Then again, I’m about to go to bed, so it would have to wait till tomorrow, and perhaps a veteran who’s been here longer than I would be better equipped to do it.

If someone else wants to organize a respectable, peaceful protest, go ahead. I’ll back you up. If not, give me the tools I need and I’ll do the job myself. Tomorrow.

I looked at that page and about 5 ahead and the moderator never explicitly says “You must keep this thread on track or we will shut you down.” If they never gave the order, why follow it?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not advocating moderator insubordination. I only want to know what went down and how to best formulate an appeal.

We tried to make a new thread but they shut it down because there is already open chat (Who the fuck uses open chat? Pardon my french I am upset :mad: :mad: ) and LPW (which isn't the same..). I'd sure @Simo would like a place for PvP land considering how hard he and many other people worked on it...

Same! I'm new to FA, and this thread has been so much fun! all the people are wonderful, and when I first came to it it had this amazing It-can-be-anything vibe to it. but now...*sighs*

It's like LPW but far better because it has a lore (as nonsensical and wacky as it is) so we at least stay on a topic for a given time and its not just complete randomness every post.

No one actually came here for the game anymore. Just because the title says the name of the game doesnt mean the thread should only be limited to it.
