Hey, I asked Transformer to solve this mystery:

What is the deal with the mysterious mystery glove that TR dropped and Domjoe the otter picked up? Well, the original mysterious glove is a fictional giant musical glove that has been wandering around which draws out emotional responses from those wearing it. In the case of the Otter, it had a similarly mysterious influence. That brings us to the completely wrong in the story of the glove and how it relates to Domjoe. Domjoe, being an otter, was drawn to this magical thing and was drawn to the glove as well. It would be dumb of me not to make that connection when this is not a dumb question to ask when the concept is relatively obvious.

So, there you go. It draws out emotional responses, and because otters are curious, that made you pick it up. *dusts off rathands* Mystery solved.
