Did anybody else read
No....Did anybody else read
"The Marshmallow Incident" by
Judi Barrett,
Ron Barrett (Illustrator)
That Book was my jam when I was younger.
It really funny. There are 3 factions The left (left handed people) Right (right handed people) and the Ambidextrous Knights. For some reason the left and the rights live on different sides of the town and nobody is allowed to cross over except for the knights. One day the a left peasant falls and crosses into the right side. The Knights see this and they "declare war" on everybody else, but they don't have weapons so they just start throwing marshmallow at everybody. But now I have a desire to.
I shall petition the High Council of Elder Knights to have this book on the “burn on sight” list. That’s just disrespectful to the name of “Knight”.It really funny. Are Knights allowed to have a "Burn book on sight list" isn't that supposed to be against like the code of honor?I shall petition the High Council of Elder Knights to have this book on the “burn on sight” list. That’s just disrespectful to the name of “Knight”.
*checks the century*“burn on sight” list
Honor says nothing about whether or not you can burn books! So long as they’re your books. The implication is that you also have to acquire the book before you can burn it.Are Knights allowed to have a "Burn book on sight list" isn't that supposed to be against like the code of honor?
Time isn’t linear in PVP, right?*checks the century*
Still a long way from the 1700s...
But isn't stealing unhonorable? Taking from the weak is something petty thieves do.have to acquire the book before you can burn it.
Whats this? I assume it isn't Player Vs Player. Is there like an on going rp that happens in this chat?
“Acquire”, when spoken by a Knight, means purchase or otherwise barter for.But isn't stealing unhonorable? Taking from the weak is something petty thieves do.

I see, you are of higher standings the most. *bows to you*“Acquire”, when spoken by a Knight, means purchase or otherwise barter for.
Lol, sometimes my stupidity surprises even me.Predators Versus Prey.
Please, you flatter me! *tips hat*I see, you are of higher standings the most. *bows to you*
No, PVP typically means “player versus player”, so I can see how you could make that error. Doesn’t equal stupidity.Lol, sometimes my stupidity surprises even me.

Perhaps, it seems my brain works differently. When I am in school people explained things one way and it makes zero sense to me. But when it is explained another way I understand everything. My coach tells me this all the time, and I guess it just makes me feel stupid cause nobody can really understand my meaning. No, PVP typically means “player versus player”, so I can see how you could make that error. Yes, but this also means that it is harder for me to convey information to others that don't think the same way that I do.Looking at things from a different angle is not being stupid, even if looking at things from the “normal” angle is hard for you
But there is also a slight problem with that. My coach taught me and now I teach as well. When I am trying to get my students to learn a concept It can be difficult because I need to change the way I think and then dull things down for children to understand.Looking at things from a different angle is not being stupid, even if looking at things from the “normal” angle is hard for you
Your brain running a different OS than most brains doesn’t make you stupid! It makes you different. Better than being the same as everyone else, IMHO. Of course, you’ll have to learn to adapt your unique function so that the common man can understand it, but that can easily be done with practice.Perhaps, it seems my brain works differently. I’m not sure. IRL, I’m woefully deficient on knowledge of actual knights (I read the Wikipedia article and that’s all lol), and I’m mostly amalgamating my favorite fictional tropes with my own preference of what a “noble order of people doing good” would look like. In my head canon, it’s basically an organization that, to join, you must subscribe to a creed of honor (never deceive, always assist the poor, sick, hungry, weak, and oppressed, fight evil, strive for virtue, honor, and chivalry, and so on), and prove yourself physically capable at swordplay and other necessities to influence the world by force. Then there’s a High Council that makes rulings on things like changes to the creed or qualifications, and judicial rulings between two Knights, and which all Knights must obey. It’s not as fleshed out as I’d like, TBH.Arishipshape what type of knight are you? Would you consider yourself a Crusader Knight or are there other types of knights that you more closely identify with?
