I'd say it's more like pudding. One you can eat in higher amounts without getting sick or exploding with sugar

You put milk in the pan and add the maize-starch-based powder that comes in this:

Then you cook it 'til the mix achieves a creamy consistency, and pour it in the plate with the help of a spatula. I tend to eat that once every week
