Bolo de rolo (the dough is filled with guava paste):

Brigadeiro is typically made for birthday parties and they're pure chocolate with condensed milk

Cuscuz (couscous). When you're out of ideas just go with flaked corn flour + butter + salt and add some fried eggs for protein if you might.

I have plans to drive a Honda Accord in the SCCA STL class after I get my SCCA License.
