not really... the network was originally built in a mind control attempt, but it was found to be very ineffective at the task(only slightly more effective then spamming your email) (not rl ()'s) ... due to it being pretty easy to block out, and getting details from the network when far away from the transmitters almost takes effort.

after this the system was altered to only be receivable by eevees and eeveelutions and used for commutations over long distances

Gets another scanning ball to see whats going on, slides it out or tropedio tube and lets it float(if i was not worried about rl viruses i could of just swam to the fort... bur also ninetails)

(half rl question, has you charaterhad any major injuries over the past day and a half(may or may not effect the scan))
