And that sensation feels so good, although I don't let that sensation take over me completely and keep going with whatever I am doing.

So just imagine trying to explain words in Portuguese through Japanese language while mixing English stuff when I don't know the proper vocab. They are very similar, since Kanji came from Chinese characters, after all. The tones can certainly take some years to master, around eight years!

And about the French numbers, that is because their number system is a vigesimal system, based in units of 20. That is why you get such large numbers such as "quatre-vingt-dix-neuf" or 99, which literally means "four twenties plus ten and nine" or (4x20+10+9).
