The former and corrupt management of the prey was too rooted in the restaurant that it was imposible to save it, so now we can rebrandish it and start again. This was the original plan, take over the restaurant once the owner gave it away, put a different name in the meantime while trying to improve it by taking critics and reviews, wait until it finally died off and begin from zero.

Hmm!
Of course this begs the questions 'How did the owner die? Why did he give the restaurant/China shop to the predators? Why employ a storekeeper who shoots customers? What is the connection to area 51?'

All this seems very sus....

The owner was a rat who got infected with hantavirus, but maintained good ties with predators, which made him prey enemies who have already disrupted in the restaurant just to destroy it, but have been stopped accordingly. And about the connection to area 51, as much as conspiracy theorists have believed about one, there is none.

Weird explanation, but yeah!
