only round exp is valid in PvP... or thats what this guide said at least, it also says there is a 50 level cap upon entering

(other route i could of gone with that may of been a lot funnier would be saying your 4 legged form gained the levels, or you are lv 41 right now and passed lv 40 before becoming a glaceon)

Maybe it's the eyes? I've seen more friendly-looking glaceons. I can't tell either, and when I get those pings in my head of feeling off, I'd rather not trust it *pets tongue*

Fair enough. I suppose a constant furrowed brow makes a bigger impact when your eye is a third of the size of your head, rather than a fifth. But I am quite trustworthy, strange appearance or no.
