Good morning to you all you furs. How are you all on this fine Thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving went fine; ended up having dinner the night before, given my odd sleep hours. The roast duck turned out better than expected; crispy skin, and nice and juicy, full of flavor. Not a lot on a duck, all in all, but for two people, it was nice. Made corn bread stuffing, Brussels sprouts with a balsamic reduction, and mashed potatoes, improved by a dollop of duck fat.

Now I have made a stock from the bones/leftovers, and am going to make 'duck noodle soup'.
