They are speakers that play sounds to distract people, or in this case to make them insane and not able to sleep without hearing what sounds like someone being stabbed

Also may or may not of tested if metas rat tf potions work on the speakers to make them run around

Here’s a quick question: who do you think is going to win in the upcoming bout of the Splatterface tournament? I’ll wager all of my Melbil’s Masterwork Monarch Butterfly Brain Roast on Melbil the monarch butterfly man winning against Bunion the snail man. (Context for this post below. Warning: contains mild swearing.)
Later videos have crayon depictions of violence. Hands getting chopped off, etc. What do you expect, though? It’s a gladiatorial tournament based off of Dwarf Fortress.

I’ve heard that Cyberpunk can be quite bad for people with photosensitive epilepsy. But at least they’re “working on adding a warning”... which seems a wee bit slow to me... but what do I know? =)
