Well you can sail into the Outer Sea, down the coast, then head over the mountains and into Greater Mouseland that way. Or through Skunk Hollow and across the Haley Reservoir.
If you see Greater Mouseland's 'Beloved Leader' knock his huge hat off, the people suffer but are mostly good please avoid harming them. There is a diplomat called 'Steve' he's awesome! Leave him alone. Members of the 'Not So Secret Police' are fair game, except Larry, he's working to bring the system down from within.

i cannot be sure how the raid were go, but i doubt someone deep in the not secret police will be around quickly in a raid, even less likely for a diplomat
