How was I supposed to know he was inside a factory in a military base in greater mouseland, from the looks of it they did not let their workers leave ...

On that note, why was he there

Also, surgical strike is in my warbook, just not when breaking stuff with cheep rounds seems to be the better call in the long run... and anyway the npcs that were working there are better off dead, it was bad
