it has a temporary 20+ for your swiming stat and makes it so you don’t drown undeewater, we are still unsure of how it does this without creating gill like things, when it wears off it can actuvate a floaty potion to get you to the surfice if you are underwater, that lasts untill you leave the water

it lasts for about 35 mins and gives a warning at 50, 75, and 90 precent time used
(I already said this was a nonform change potion so no minor feature changes)

If you really want out, here you go, but I encourage you to at least learn to swim. Knights must undergo all sorts of physical trials, sometimes including water-based ones.
