Ribbit! How's your experience so far with this completely disjointed and crazy thread?

Y'know, it was originally designed to be a counting game, but eventually it evolved into this big, voluptuous, anything-goes thing. What goes on in peeps minds ends up being what happens

Some tend to go deeper into RP territory, others prefer the fun of counting rounds, sometimes there's something from RL to share, and then there's peeps who engage in everything, in their own way. So there's not one right way to use the thread, which I understand can be a tadpole hard to follow at first

Thought I'd shed some light just to make sure, though I'm not sure if the light has been shown before

Meta the rat wanted to help @Arishipshape the cursed knight with his curse thingy, so he prayed to Ninkilim, Lord Rodent, saying "Boss, Ari is nastily cursed, can you give him something nice to keep his morale up and make him happy and such?" Ninkilim, Lord Rodent, said "Of course, you're a good lad. Let him have this, it's what a true rat needs!" The rat gave the knight this cursed rat-thingy, which was filled with black blood. This thingy then made the knight think that the rat is really really really great and then make him want to help the rats. The Knight then started using the cursed thingy and got lots of experience points! And this is when Ari finally realized, he was a good rat.

exp points won’t stop him from being curesed, me thinking the curse effects are covid, or the ‘high’ knights putting a bounty on him

Oh, I'm sure Gimhe was referring to the situation where his backpack felt threatened and began to brawl with the eevee. That wasn't necessarily in his plans for the day, haha I'm on "field duty" for him right now.

I know he can come across as a bit stuck up because... Well.. Maybe he kinda is.

Even if you were right, the primary benefits of being a rat are typically hedonistic and pleasure based in nature. Without alleviating the curse, that’s kind of pointless.
