@GentleButter, it’s not so much what you’ve done (though that hasn’t helped your case in the slightest), but what you are. Every story and everything I’ve ever been taught bears out that demons are, by their nature, untrustworthy, and will only ever attempt to lead mortals off the path of good and justice, and the only wise thing to do is to distrust them as much as possible.
...although I guess I’m in the middle of rebuilding my philosophical knowledge at the moment, so perhaps I’ll get back to you on that.
