I see a fish flying over the elephant, possibly the elephant's pretending to be a seal and likes bouncing fish with its head, or the fish actually flies because it wants to. They could be unlikely long time friends, always full of stories to tell from their part of the world. The elephant might probably be amazed with Spongebob's antics and the fish certainly laughs a lot at how monkeys like to use his trunk as a slide
