When I said “my wallet”, the obvious implication was that the money would be included. When I said “a good explanation”, the obvious implication was that the explanation would satisfy me so that I would be happy about what happened to my money. And when I said “your blood on my blade”, the obvious implication was that I would deal you grievous physical harm.

3. You wanted my blood on your blade, well there you go, the quantity was never stipulated.

4. You wanted one of the three choices you got all three.

5. I spent your money on a new pump for the hot tub, carpet for the officer's quarters and restocking the bar.
