i never really thought of scald as super high presure, althoguh i did go and check and i might use an older animation for it in my head
I view scald as more spiting out a large amount of boilding like water at a target, more like throwing a bucket then a power washer, it might ve a hose, but in the pmd games it had a 1 tile range unlike water gun, water pules, and hydro pump, meaning it might be less presure

My idea of vaporeon gives them a large water storage like organ in front of their ribs on their body, this is used to spray out water for moves, and is seperate from spit.
