*Finishes redecorating the Admiral's stateroom, adds a final coat of wax to the floor. Decides there is only one way to get paid compensation. Picks everyone's pockets then retreats to the hot tub and relaxes.*
(Because there is no way @Arishipshape is coming within a mile of this room now, nevermind bare ankles, bare pretty much everything....and the door is locked anyway.)

Rent occurs when I agree. In advance. Go ahead, take this to court. They’ll see through your crap in an instant.
But not pirate court. I’d have to incapacitate you in self defense if you tried to summon them.

Just pay the fine and please don't attack them because
