a. Those “rules” apply to humans
b. I am pretty sure individual skills are larger then that rule in most cases
C. The potion you used on ssaannttoo does not change that much stuff, my character designs things for eevees who untill the most recent games had 0 gender differences(side note i don’t consiter those to apply to all eevee), and don’t effect eeveelutions

a “reversal” potion would only work on a potion with a fixed effect, this one changes the current value to the next one in the list, using the same potion a second time would undo the effect(plot hole... this logic applies more to ones that do not wear off)

C. What about anthro eeveelutions?

Varries, but not always(might depend on pokemon vs human, or something else)

(Side note, in a community of anthro eeveelution without humans would the same kind of strength assumptions show up for genders if the effect of your form mean more)
