the cannon shots hit the armored warships, but do not do as much damage as they did to the transports(lets ignore i did not double check the sizes of the fire ships and am doing this from memory). the ship lists a bit, but does not think
they counter by all firing induvial fire balls at you

On the one hand that isn't as much of a problem as a coordinated strike would have been...
On the other that is a crapton of fireballs....
*Tries to evade. Isn't quite quick enough. The sails are set ablaze and the crew rush to cut them down and toss the burning canvas over the side. Coasting on momentum the Booty Queen angles for a ram and boarding action on the listing enemy ship. Grappling lines are readied and the Doomsday Shotgun is released and made ready to fire across their deck to clear it of enemies.*

(pvp is being attacked by the fire nation and i am playing background)
the cannons kill the people on the deck, but the musket balls do not penerate the metal hull of the ship, the mass of your ship sends a shock across their ship as you make contact
as this happens, the torpedoes start to hit noise making targets, the fire nation has not really experienced sub attacks, so they think you did it, but some ships are sunk
