And since you failed to address my explanation of the difference between a lie and Keeping your word I must have a valid point there and you don't want to acknowledge it, because that would mean you have lost the original argument.

Excuuuuse me for failing to address one facet of our lengthy argument! I would assume that the difference between “lying” and “keeping your word” is fairly evident, given that they’re opposites. But if you actually mean the difference between lying and NOT keeping your word, then allow me to address it:

If the consequences of my failing to live up to my word would result in my letting down someone who is counting on me, then I will do everything in my power to live up to my word!
I once spent 150 years searching this planet to find my daughter to fulfill a promise.

So it’s only bad if someone is counting on you, or if someone else believes you will do something? Does your word only count for your actions, and you’re allowed to lie about anything unrelated to your actions? I still don’t get where the boundaries of acceptable falsehoods lie (no pun intended).

The presence of an avalanche of lawyers does not lend any credence to your case! In fact, the fact that you need an avalanche of lawyers to make anything happen is merely proof of your case’s failure to hold any water without serious legal shenanigans and loopholes.
Additionally, you’ll find it fairly difficult to prove any damages. Nobody frequenting PvP doesn’t know who you are or that it’s your art, so the lack of links isn’t resulting in any less reputation or revenue for you.
