I got an idea a while back about making a whistle text transcription "ipa" and I wanted to share it with you :3

Welp I don't work transcribing texts, my main field involves written documents
And I actually had to do a quick search on Google to know IPA had to do with the phonetic alphabet..! Now I wonder what a whistle text transcription would be õwo

but I dunno if that works well, specially with the characters and the tones

actually I have figured out there are Bilabial, Linguodental, Dental, Subdental, Voiced/Unvoiced and some other whistle sounds!

Aaah, so just to confirm, you wanna make sounds for extinct letters readable? And is trying to figure a way to represent the whistles?

aah! yes!!
(and also to try making a real whistle language instead of a code)

It's more like the ipa itself! using some simbols that Ipa doesn't use to avoid confusion between both!

and they have already used almost all latin, some greek letters and some other interesting symbols like: ʃ (sh), ʀ (portuguese r- or french r), ø (nordic vowel), ŋ (ng sound) etc.

I have the google doc, but it's kinda a mess I'll search it to show you my progress! :3
