To tell the truth I haven't figured out how to import glossaries into Smartcat yet, but I believe you could use it more to get a glance of how translation memory softwares work. And then feel more confident with something like MemoQ, which is the software I use!

When you download the trial version of MemoQ, it lasts 30 days, and then the free version is unlocked indefinitely. So you wouldn't need to buy it, at least for your intended purpose, I reckon!

I mean, from that description, lexicon.ga seems to be a very elaborate platform. Translators like me could maybe use it for having references whenever they want to apply an accurate translation to a term, specially in more informal contexts!

Like how the usage of "neat" is comparable to Brazilian Portuguese "da hora" in the original meaning, which is related to something "new" or "clean", developed further to mean something "cool" and were most commonly used in economically important regions of each country, having spread throughout the entire territory afterwards!

Exactly! simply but with potential tho. I could save my "ganu x" description with great detail because of that features! :3

and also it can help you navigate through! for example in my ophetlame dictionary 'Opheitni' has 2 roots 'Ophe' and 'Ganutni' and I can go directly into any of these words just from one word as an anexing point!

like yabai and mazui that developed from "dangerous" or "not good" meanings into a "Badass" and "Cool" meanings right?

also in spanish "hora" means 'hour' so for me "Dá hora" always sounded to me like a "de la hora" or "Of the hour" like meaning.
