Have you already gotten those settled? If your settings are off, you could try unwatching specific threads where the emails come from, and watching them back. That worked for me at least, and the one thread I had issues with

One of the first threads I'd use after joining, "Ask User Below you Anything"

After replying there, and getting email notifications of people replying, I thought it would become a problem and went on to change my forum settings
But somehow I'd still keep receiving email notifs from that thread. So I did the unwatch/re-watch trick, and voilà
