To English readers: there is this stage in "Sonic the Hedgehog 3" where Sonic and Tails start exploring from above, whereas if you play as Knuckles/Knux (the flying echidna) you start from below. So Sonic and Tails are complaining about it, because they can't access the part Knux is able to enter. But Knux explains that even if they could, there's a tough wall that only his gloves are able to destroy, in front of him. Which means the hedgehog and the fox would be trapped if they started from below.
However, after much jumping on the red-and-white platform, it ends up falling, and squashing Knux. Then, Sonic wonders how to get out of there, and Tails has an idea - using the platform with squashed Knux to destroy the impenetrable wall.
There's a few more strips later on that explain why Tails didn't just fly back with Sonic to their original starting spot, but all in all, the comic idea revolves around accessing otherwise inaccessible stage portions and the possible funny situations derived from it
