I find chamomile better for this.
Lemon is great for colds....not sure about ginger never had that

Unfortunantly my know-hows of Pc are lacklustre at best, wish i could help you out there..maybe take it to a place for repairs?

I assume you don't have the proper screwdriver
In situations like this I'd improvise with things like pen tips or other objects thin enough with a round end
But if you haven't handled a situation similar to this before I'd suggest taking it for repairs, if possible
