This reminds me of a reflection I did heard on a video once
"If we feel happy all the time, how can we tell we are happy or enjoying really if we don't have a contrast to compare"
Sadly in my house I'm rather neglected to feel dark emotions
I'm always told to stop crying, to control my anger and thrash those emotions away
These emotion need to ne felt if any healing can happen,let it all out and releave the pains in ones heart
Just be carefull to not neglet possitive emotions
There needs to be a balance, something very hard to do.
But its never good to bottle any emotion,no matter what it is...laugh if you find something funny, cry if you are sad, or just lash out if your hatred burns.
