Thank you I just did..

My family did make me build up some steam through the day and I bursted out without reason for a small thing and made someone feel bad ;w;


Yeah I was and loved being cheerful.

I believe it is okay but I felt guilty
I'm a bit down now
And passed over my night hour

I can't stand up and tell them they are being wounding or ignorant because I can't come out really ever

It's always funny to see the more frantic ones tossing and kicking bombs everywhere only to end up trapped in their own doings lol

Do you maintain a diary or a notepad file or something of sorts? You could maybe try writing your emotions down

these were tiny pointless things they were telling me... i have to block of 5-6 hours to get 2-3 effective hours working on my project... and also alter the way i take a medication of mine(to avoid runing out of energy when it wears off(common unavoidable side effect)... its the whole day...
why do i have to say "i don't want to talk now" 3 ffing times...
