You get the hydrated cassava powder, add a bit of salt, pour at least 2 big spoons to the frying pan evenly enough and cook it for a minute 'til it gains dough consistency, do a flip to cook the other side, then add the butter and serve it rolled up!

Rather, we do "purê de macaxeira" with them. The taste is completely different from pineapple, and one just adds butter, milk, salt, and cook it:
