well you see, in his last stage, kiba will die from the strain of the power. he isnt just OP, you know.

notes that electrons in a power line actually make very little progress and in some ways move very slowly, the part we think of as power is a force foward, and that travels fast, but the electrons aperantly barely move... if i remember this right...

ok here, i explained it badly. what i mean is, once he finishes creating a string or beam, he can instantly travel to the end of it
