How did they come to be, by the way? I recall a time when I'd stay away from PvP for a bit long and didn't catch up, but I'm assuming it started with el dergo sharing about his interest

Myself, apart from language quirks... I'm very drawn to percentages and numbers with meaning, specially those pertaining to demographics. I remember attemping a M A P S once, but then I figured the color info for countries could be problematic

We went through that bit where we thought "hey, these page numbers are lining up with years!" And we'd start dropping history tidbits and references. I started making airplane noises and next thing I know, I was posting essays.
