I've only tried a little bit of Sai. It was okay, not my cup of tea though. It's great for line art, I'll give it that.

yeah I use it for all my arts, all the stuffs you've seen and more
I would use photoshop if the vector/linework tool doesn't feel so weird for me

I've actually never used that tool lol. I'm all about messy brushes and speedpainting.
