My guess though, is that even if they are, there won't be much I can do since I'm not being directly affected (I didn't draw nothing so no loss). And since it's free, I feel like the artist will probably just have to take it as a loss because it's free?
*Shrug*
I'll try asking about it later, if I remember to. X)
Honestly there were some suspicions being knocked around about two (one ?) User(s) last year. Similar ages, similar posting style, similar language used...
I mean if you want an account for each individual character, fine, but if they are one person then they can be seen to be hogging the free art. At least that was the logic being thrown around last time.

Outside of jokes, that's the exact same conclusion I've come up to, yes. We never learn our first language in the formal sense, rather we acquire it naturally as we grow up.

Another thing I've noticed is that 'English' subject in English speaking countries is about literature and not grammatical rules, while 'Spanish' subject in Spanish speaking countries is exactly what it sounds like, focusing on the language itself and its structures, while literature is... well, Literature.
Yep!
I spent three years studying Romeo and Juliet, to answer questions about the relationship between Juliet and her Nurse....
Frankly I would have rather known what a Dative case is ...

Well, now that's funny, lol!

I believe our schools also used to teach Greek and Latin roots, both languages being essential parts of Spanish, which is really cool!

Didn't know that!
"Portuguese" is the same as Spanish in that sense then, and Literature was a separate subject we'd study at school
